I modified the front reflector bracket on my bike with an extended bolt to create a camera mount. Using a Canon SD1000 rooted with CHDK I ran an interval shooting script and took pictures every 2 seconds of a recent bike ride. The resulting 140+ pictures I compiled into a video using Processing, this is the result.

Still figuring out the best encoding settings and frame rate for this project.  If you, the reader, is interested in more details of how I did all this let me know in the comments.
